Saturday, Jan. 18 – Tri-county Corrections Committee presents a Corrections Workshop
1 pm to 4 pm at Bethel United Methodist Church, 57 Pitt St., Charleston, SC 29401
Learn about AA corrections opportunities.
- Carrying the message to the county jail
- Taking meetings to the Navy Brig
- New opportunities at state prisons
- How to sign up for this vital work
This will be an opportunity to learn more about Corrections work, with a panel discussion featuring corrections professionals and AA members who got sober in a correctional facility. Attendees are encouraged to bring their IDs so they can sign up to participate in corrections work. Food will be served.
